Bathroom Village (now Union Bathrooms), the UK's largest independent bathroom retailer, operates five of the biggest showrooms across the South West. Like many large businesses, their e-commerce store ran on Magento. However, instead of enhancing the customer experience and driving sales, the web team was bogged down with daily maintenance, hosting issues, and constant bug fixes.

As the team was eager to move away from Magento, I led a complete design and build as part of the re-platforming process. This involved designing key pages that aligned with their refreshed branding, enhanced functionality, and a well-organised product catalog.
